How do I request my data deletion? +
You can request account and data deletion directly inside the Profile settings of both the CarPass and ParkPass apps, or by sending an email to info@fortextrd.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Is internet required for CarPass checkpoints? +
CarPass cameras and gate controllers utilize localized offline caches to process registered license plates instantly. A temporary offline state will not block access, and data syncs back once connection restores.
How secure is the ParkPass Wallet? +
All financial transactions and top-ups in ParkPass are encrypted and handled directly by PCI DSS certified bank gateways. Fortex Traiding does not store or process your raw credit card credentials on our servers.
